Branding Project..

Design a pair of headphones from a brand that doesn’t make headphones: I started by choosing a brand that I appreciate. K2 is a ski and snowboard brand that had super interesting style and a long history. Looking at their products, I was trying to absorb their design language and applying it to a pair of headphones.

Direct ski interpretations from ski related items. I thought of having a ski bent around someones head to shape the headband, and an abstracted ski lift cupping the speakers.

Once I made a CAD model, I was able to pick my color palette and then send them to the 3D printer.
